Jess Costanzo is commercial director of Simmtronic Lighting Controls and was recently voted in by fellow Steering Committee representatives as Chairperson of the DBC. She is responsible for all commercial strategy, revenue streams and commercial decision-making across the Simmtronic business. An avid data enthusiast, she enjoys bringing customers closer to actionable insights for their projects, challenging assumptions about what good looks like and focusing on automation and integrations that reduce energy consumption and optimise performance for real-world Return on Investment (ROI).

As Chairperson of the Digital Buildings Council (DBC), she works collaboratively with the incredible member companies of the DBC to drive meaningful change in the built environment.

Jess views encouraging diversity and inclusion as a key part of the group’s work and is dedicated to helping young professionals discover the fascinating opportunities within this space.

You can see Jess participate in the Transforming Simmtronic HQ: a live retrofit journey panel with industry experts on the Smart Building Showcase Innovation Stage at PropTech Connect in London on Wednesday 4th September from 3:00-3:30 PM. Simmtronic will have a booth as part of the Smart Building Showcase where you will be able to meet Jess and founding DBC members from Smart Spaces and Delta HQ who are also participating.

Jess will also be participating in the Rethinking Smart Building ROI and the business case(s) panel at the Smart Buildings Show in London on October 10th Thursday 10th October from 10:45 – 11:30 in the Management & PropTech Theatre. The DBC will have a booth at the Smart Buildings Show (9-10th October), where you can meet Jess and fellow DBC founders.
