Meet Steering Committee member Jesse Poulton who is the Business Development Director at founding DBC member Onesight Solutions Ltd, a leading product distribution partner, training and software development house, and master system integrator in the smart building sector.

With 30 years of industry experience, Jesse began his career with an apprenticeship at a close control air conditioning manufacturer. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in the data centre, HVAC, refrigeration, and smart buildings technology sectors. Representing market-leading global manufacturers of control solutions has provided Jesse with a broad range of knowledge, which he passionately shares in his role at OSS.

Jesse thrives in the ever-evolving market, finding interest and challenge in solving problems. He believes that collaboration, partnership, and the desire to share knowledge and deliver solutions are key in the interdependent ecosystem of technology providers and stakeholders.

Recognising the critical need for common language and approaches to digital buildings, Jesse is proud to be a founding member of the Digital Buildings Consortium (DBC). He is committed to working with peers to drive forward the success of digital buildings.
