Membership & Governance Structure

The DBC is governed by its constitution, overseen by the Steering Committee and administered by the Executive Officers introduced on the About page and in the Profiles & Case Studies section. As a not-for-profit social enterprise, members help with all aspects of the DBC including fulfilling its aims through knowledge sharing, thought leadership and active participation in the Working Groups.

Corporate membership application is currently invite-only for any companies who:

  • support the aims of the DBC
  • agree to the member code of conduct
  • agree to member commitments
  • agree not to bring the DBC into disrepute

More details about the application process including the DBC Constitution, Code of Conduct and Membership Commitments, which are linked to participation in Working Groups, will be provided as part of the membership application.

The DBC is planning to appoint another Executive Officer, as Membership Secretary, as membership expands. We are also looking at offering individual memberships that will be open to all, once we have the resources to manage their engagement and have defined their contribution to our working groups.

Stay connected by following the DBC on LinkedIn for the latest updates, events and insights from the founding members and reach out to learn how to join our community and contribute to our mission.
