Following on from our inaugural AGM in late June we’ve been busy at the DBC despite many of our founding members being away over the summer months. Our executive team will be having their first planning meeting tomorrow facilitated by our executive officer who will be interviewing them for a new podcast series.
The prompt for the meeting was our initial Working Groups that members have been forming, which we hope to announce in the early autumn. Along with an accompanying Code of Code Conduct, they will be the basis for membership commitments and our expansion.
In the meantime, our activities have been mostly market engagement-focused to sensecheck the key issues members believe need addressing and that outreach feeding into the development of our initial working groups and related partnerships. These include event partnerships with the following over the next 3 months where there is an opportunity to meet and hear more from our founding members about the DBC and what we are up to:

Oct 9-10: Smart Buildings Show at ExCeL London
Nov 20-21: London Build Expo at Olympia London
