Kevin Brownell is a director of specialist digital design consultants Nuxform and was recently voted in by fellow Steering Committee representatives as Treasurer of the DBC. Kevin has been immersed in SMaRT technology for over a decade, leading projects in a variety of sectors as a contractor and consultant.

He is an accredited SmartScore professional and Certified Protection Professional (CPP®) and also a regular speaker and writer on the topic of SMaRT. Whether contributing to a podcast, round-table or panel debate, he is eager to advance his understanding of SMaRT’s contribution to and its potential for the built environment As secretary, Kevin is responsible for taking minutes and the distribution of all papers, as well as overseeing governance matters.

Kevin will participating in the Harmonizing Demand for Smart Buildings: Trends, Challenges, and Best Practices panel at the Smart Buildings Show in London on Wednesday 9th October from 14:30 – 15:15 in the Management & PropTech Theatre. The DBC will have a booth at the Smart Buildings Show (9-10th October), where you can meet Kevin and fellow DBC founders.
